No guarantee of results
Scores and reach bands are estimates of draft quality and context. They are not a promise of impressions, replies, follows, or virality. You are responsible for what you post and for checking facts before you post them.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to score drafts you have the right to write. You may not:
- Break the law, or ask the site to help you break the law.
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the site.
- Misrepresent the score as an official X metric or as a guaranteed result.
- Copy the site and present it as operated by X Corp. or by us without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, YOUR_NAME is not liable for lost profits, lost audience, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. If a disclaimer of liability is not allowed where you live, the liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the site. That amount is zero.
